Who is Anna Gazanis?

According to fan sites, Anna Gazanis was born on June 1, 1999 – the age given in her YouTube bio matches. She comes from the Allgäu region of Bavaria (Kempten is often named as her hometown) and grew up in a multicultural family: her father is from Greece and her mother is from Lithuania. This cultural mix still shapes her open and versatile personality today.

After finishing school, Anna completed vocational training as a dairy laboratory technician – a down-to-earth start that shows she wasn’t always a content creator. But her real passions had been elsewhere since childhood: gaming and dancing.

Today, Anna Gazanis is one of the most successful German content creators of her generation. Her recipe for success: a unique mix of gaming content, viral dance videos, comedy sketches and authentic glimpses into her life.

The early years (2011–2020)

Anna started her YouTube channel as early as August 29, 2011 – when she was just 12 years old. Like many young creators, she began without a clear strategy and posted videos only now and then. At the same time, she was training hard as a dancer, which would later become one of the main pillars of her content.

Alongside this, she discovered her love of gaming. Video games became a fixed part of her everyday life, even though at the time she wasn’t yet thinking about earning money with them.

Her first steps on TikTok (2018–2020)

In 2018 and 2019, Anna started posting hobby content on TikTok just for fun. One of her early videos shows her dancing on a street in Spain – a video now seen as one of her first viral hits. Her official TikTok debut was on August 3, 2019.

Back then, she had no idea that TikTok would fundamentally change her career. At first the platform was simply an outlet for her creativity and her passion for dancing.

Getting into streaming (2021)

2021 marks the real start of Anna Gazanis’s professional content career. Encouraged by her then-boyfriend Leon (known as LeyiiiN), an established German streamer, she took the step onto Twitch.

At first she streamed to a small community, but thanks to her authentic style, her gaming skills and Leon’s support, her audience grew steadily. She mainly streamed Warzone, Valorant and Grand Theft Auto (GTA) – games that suited her high-energy personality perfectly.

The breakthrough: Shorts, TikTok & the 9:16 House (2022)

2022 was the year that changed everything. Anna became part of the 9:16 House on Ibiza – a content creator house that specialized in short-form videos and Shorts. There she learned from other successful creators, refined her content strategy and started uploading YouTube Shorts and TikTok videos every day.

The results were impressive: on Twitch, she grew from an average of 50 viewers to several hundred. On TikTok her videos regularly reached millions of views, and on YouTube she passed the 100,000 subscriber mark in November 2022 – a milestone she celebrated in a podcast with YouTube trends manager Sina Stieding.

Her videos reacting to corny jokes and pickup lines that viewers sent her as stream donations were especially successful. These clips went viral and showed her funny, spontaneous side.

Establishing herself and growing (2022–2023)

Success brought professionalism. Anna started working with WeCreate Media, a German influencer agency specializing in management, consulting and brand campaigns. Through this partnership she was able to take her career to the next level and land collaborations.

On the server, Anna works on her own building projects, teams up with other creators and takes part in server events such as boxing, hide and seek or races. Her Craft Attack streams draw far more viewers than her regular gaming sessions, because every creator shows their own perspective on what’s happening.

The 9:16 House on Ibiza (2022)

At the creator house on Ibiza, which focused entirely on vertical videos, Anna took off in 2022 with daily Shorts and TikToks – the foundation of her reach today.

The Great Fight Night 2: her boxing triumph (November 2023)

On November 25, 2023, Anna Gazanis ventured into completely new territory: she stepped into the boxing ring at The Great Fight Night 2 at the PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf. The event was hosted by streamer Trymacs and broadcast live on the German streaming service Joyn.

Anna was trained by MMA pro Chris Jungwirth. Despite only a few weeks of preparation, she put in a strong performance:

  • Technically strong: good footwork and precise punches
  • Tactically smart: kept her opponent Kathiyessir under constant pressure
  • Win by TKO: the fight was stopped because Kathiyessir could only escape the punches by turning away

Anna’s fight was seen as the surprise of the event. Martial arts have been a fixed part of her content ever since.
